01Agreement
By using this website or purchasing products from Pulze Market, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with them, you must not purchase or use the services and products provided by Pulze Market, nor this website. Pulze Market reserves the right to deny access to the website at any time, at its sole discretion. How we handle the personal data you provide is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
By using the site, you represent and warrant that:
- all registration and payment information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete;
- you will keep this information accurate and update it promptly when needed;
- you have the legal capacity to accept these terms and agree to comply with them;
- you are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, or you have parental permission to use the site;
- you will not access the site through automated or non-human means, including bots or scripts;
- you will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the site. The buyer alone is responsible for their account and the activities carried out with it.
02Product usage
A license key or user account granting access to Pulze Market products must be obtained by purchasing a product through our payment system. Some products may not be delivered instantly; they are then sent by e-mail within 24 hours of purchase. Pulze Market is not liable for claims made by third parties regarding their intellectual property arising from your use of the products; in such events, you shall indemnify Pulze Market.
An account may only be used on one computer. If your computer is replaced or changed and this prevents you from using your account, a staff member will review your situation and restore access if appropriate.
We may deactivate or delete an account at any time for the following reasons:
- sharing an account with another computer or user without authorization from a staff member;
- a chargeback, claim or dispute through any of our payment services;
- misuse of an account, tampering with our software or using it for unintended purposes;
- abuse, misconduct or violation of our community guidelines;
- working for an anti-cheat company or any entity opposing Pulze Market;
- using the software on a virtual machine or together with a hardware ID spoofer.
We may deny access to our website and products by blocking your account, computer and network at any time.
03Purchases and payments
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information for every purchase, and to update it promptly, including your e-mail address and payment details. Payments are processed by our payment partner, SellAuth, in the currency shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you place your order.
We may correct any pricing error, even after payment has been requested or received. We may refuse any order, or limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order. Unauthorized use of funds, fraudulent payments or attempts to charge back or deny payments will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
04Refunds
If your purchase does not work as expected, contact our support team first: most issues are resolved within a few hours. Where support cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Because our products are digital licenses delivered instantly, refunds are not available when the license has been used without a reported issue, when the request reflects a change of mind after successful delivery and activation, or when the product has been used in breach of these terms.
If you believe your situation falls outside these terms, contact support: we review requests individually and aim to resolve them fairly.
05Cancellation and downtime
You may cancel your order as long as the goods or services have not been delivered.
We reserve the right to deny downtime compensation and requests to pause license keys.
06End-user license agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs all access to and use of the software provided by Pulze Market ("Software"). By downloading the Software, you become the licensee under this EULA and agree to be bound by all of its terms. If you do not agree, do not download the Software.
All rights, title and interest in the copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Software remain with Pulze Market at all times. The trademarks, logos and service marks appearing on the Software or on the website belong to Pulze Market or to third parties, and this EULA does not grant you any right to use them.
Pulze Market grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not disclose, modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, adapt, lease, rent, loan, redistribute, sub-license or create derivative works from the Software, nor use it for any unlawful purpose. Your license is revoked immediately and without notice if you breach this EULA.
Either party may terminate this EULA upon notice to the other. On termination, all licenses end immediately and you must stop using the Software and delete it from every device.
07Disclaimer of warranties
Pulze Market provides the Software on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, usability or reliability of the Software, which may contain errors and is subject to revision at any time. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
"Lifetime" keys or durations refer to the lifetime of the product or service offered, not the lifetime of the user. If a product is discontinued, becomes unsupported or goes offline for any reason, access ends accordingly, without compensation, replacement key or refund.
