Privacy Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026.

01Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulze Market ("Pulze Market", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you visit this website, purchase a product or contact our support team.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

02Information we collect

Account and order information: name or username, e-mail address, Discord username or other support identifiers, purchase and license history, transaction identifiers, payment status, product purchased, amount and currency, and fraud-prevention information.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, SellAuth, and its payment providers, according to their own privacy policies. Pulze Market does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Device and technical information needed to operate, secure and license our products: IP address, device and hardware identifiers, operating system, browser type, login activity, license activation information, error reports and diagnostics. It is used to prevent fraud, enforce license restrictions, investigate account sharing and protect our services from abuse.

Communications: messages you send us through support tickets, Discord, e-mail, order disputes, refund or technical support requests.

03How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • process and deliver orders, and activate and manage software licenses;
  • provide customer and technical support;
  • verify payments, prevent fraud and detect account sharing, abuse or unauthorized access;
  • investigate chargebacks and payment disputes;
  • maintain the security of our website and services, and improve their performance;
  • send important product or service updates;
  • comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We never sell your personal information to advertisers.

04Legal grounds

Where applicable, we process personal information because it is necessary to provide a product or service you purchased, because it is necessary for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, business administration), because the law requires it, or because you gave your consent for a specific purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that already took place.

05Cookies and browser storage

This website uses:

  • necessary cookies set by the site: ss_consent (remembers your cookie choice, 13 months);
  • audience measurement, only if you accept it in the cookie banner: ss_vid and ss_sid (anonymous visitor and session identifiers) and visit recordings in which typed text is always masked. Your IP address is never stored; statistics are deleted after 25 months and recordings after 30 days;
  • your cart, kept in your browser’s local storage (pulze_cart) so it survives page changes. It never leaves your device until you check out;
  • the checkout window, served by SellAuth, which uses the cookies it needs to process your payment.

You can change your choice at any time with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page, or restrict cookies in your browser settings.

06Sharing your information

We may share limited personal information with trusted third parties when necessary: payment processors and merchants of record, hosting and infrastructure providers, fraud-prevention and security providers, customer support platforms, license providers needed to fulfil an order, and professional advisers or authorities when legally required. They only receive the information they need to perform their services. We may also disclose information to prevent fraud, protect our legal rights, respond to a payment dispute or comply with a lawful request.

07International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, reasonable safeguards are used to protect personal information transferred internationally.

08Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, license management, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and tax records, dispute resolution, enforcing our agreements and meeting legal obligations.

09Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or misuse. No internet service is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your login information and must not share account credentials or license keys.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw your consent and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Some requests may be limited when information must be kept for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Send your request through our support channels; we may need to verify your identity first.

11Children

Pulze Market is not intended for people who cannot legally enter into a contract or consent to the processing of their personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in breach of applicable law.

12Third-party websites

Our website links to external services such as SellAuth, Discord and payment providers. Pulze Market does not control and is not responsible for their privacy practices, content or security.

13Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change; the new version is published on this page with its date. Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to legal@pulzemarket.xyz or through our Discord server.
